Summer is winding down across the Country and tempatures are cooling off for most folks.

Here in Panama City Beach Florida however, the Sun and Surf are still as hot as ever, and so are our local Real Estate Sales!

Now that most families have gone back to the routine of School and Work, many of the great condos that grace the powder white sands and crystal clear waters of our local beaches are open and available to show.

It is also one of the best times to get deals on airfare and rooms at very good prices.

So if you have been putting off your trip to come look for that vacation home, investment property, or new place to live - now is the time to see what we have to offer.

Jennifer Mackay and her team of dedicated Buyer Specialists are just a phone call or the click of a mouse away.  Give us a call and come on down, the sunshine, amazing Gulf views, and your new home are waiting for YOU!

Don't forget, 1031 Exchange season is just around the corner - get an early start so you can find the right investment for your exchange.

I would think this would be a great time to look into a winter home on the beach, instead of waiting for cold weather to settle in. Snowbirds heading south for a second home should capitalize on the low interest rates and be able to close on their new beach condo before we are stuck in foot deep snow.

I really don't envy your snow season, but wish you the best.

Best wishes and continued success

Cal Carter @ Gulf Shores Condos wrote: Jennifer, what is the name of the new airport there? Do they have good public transportation serving the beach condos?

Jennifer Mackay | Panama City Homes wrote: @Cal - the name of the airport is the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport - how's that for a mouthful. Here's a link to some of the information I collected during the fiasco of getting it built: http://www.jennifermackay.com/panama-city-airport.php.

Transportation around the condos is actually very good - visitors can take the tram, rent a scooter or car etc. as well as many are within walking distance of dining and shopping.

Thanks as always for coming by.

Best wishes and continued success.

Lisa @ Admirals Cove wrote: Jennifer, my parents are looking to sell their auto business and home in Wellington, FL. They'd like to move to the Northern part of Florida. I'm not sure my parents would want to live on the beach but close enough to it. What area do you suggest they go? They are travelers/adventures and are always on the go. So having great things to do around them is a plus.

Lisa Udy - many clients are not aware of 1031's and it is the season after all to start working on finding the exchanged properties. Best wishes.

@Lisa (Admirals Cove) - Of course I'm going to suggest Bay County for your parents - perhaps a nice community in Lynn Haven, close enough to the beach and/or gulf yet not in the middle of everything? However, being only a few short minutes from the beach area as well as having a wonderful cultural mix, I think Lynn Haven would be the place to be for them.

Thanks for stopping by and best wishes.
